@spressomon Did your Pharos ever need to have burrs realigned? Not just for traveling, but could you see yourself using Pharos as daily driver? Thanks for sharing pics, your friends are lucky to camp with you!!

I used my modded Pharos as my daily espresso grinder for a couple years before getting the MG-1. I didn't find it difficult to align the burr set once in a while; not a deal breaker IMHO. My biggest gripe had to do with stabilizing it for all but the softest beans. But it delivered very good in the cup results.
