New (soon to be) Vesuvius Espresso Machine

Attention all Vesuvius owners!
I just committed today and purchased the Vesuvius! Excited is an understatement as to how I feel right now. Would love to here from all the Vesuvius owners out there as I wait for my machine to arrive> Fire away with comments and/or recommendations, especially pressure profile recipes

Congratulations on the new machine! I've never used a Vesuvius, but they certainly do look nice.

I've had one for over 6 years now...I enjoy it every chance I get to use it...unfortunately it's not as often as I would like.
