At that price range I would recommend to get an Aeropress, a Wilfa WSCG-2 grinder and some scales accurate to 0.1g. You can get a set like this:

You can make very good tasting coffee in a few minutes using these. Watch the video here, it's the same grinder as in the video:

I would also recommend the Flair for the lowest price point for decent espresso. The Aeropress is cheaper but it does not make espresso. Another good thing about the Flair is that it is pretty forgiving of the grinder. I actually use a Zassenhaus with it, but any burr grinder will likely work with the Flair.
