At that price range I would recommend to get an Aeropress, a Wilfa WSCG-2 grinder and some scales accurate to 0.1g. You can get a set like this:

I would also recommend the Flair for the lowest price point for decent espresso. The Aeropress is cheaper but it does not make espresso. Another good thing about the Flair is that it is pretty forgiving of the grinder. I actually use a Zassenhaus with it, but any burr grinder will likely work with the Flair.
