So could you advise me good quality burrs which are not too agressive?
The 189D burrs are less aggressive, designed for the lower powered Mazzer Mini Electronic.

Interesting for my Mazzer Mini A. 40€ seems a good price. Where can these 233M burrs be purchased for 40€ ?

I bought mine from Blue Star Coffee. Otherwise, Google is your friend. You can get them from basically any other respectable parts supplier.

I suggest you avoid sites like Coffee-Lovers.eu, as the guy is shamelessly overcharging for the burrs (he wanted 90€ +shipping initially, he currently asks over 70€ +shipping).

That Blue Star Coffee site is selling 33M burrs for the 40 Euro price...not the 233M burrs. At least that's what I saw when I clicked on the link. :(

OK...I saw it in the fine print at the bottom... Thanks

Edit add-on: but how are these any different from the "old" 33M burr sets??

No worries. I've only had them for a month, but so far I can tell that they produce better tasting cups than the older 33M version. The shots I'm getting are very close to the ones I get with SSP HU burrs. Flavours are more pronounced with the new burrset, they're also faster at grinding. Even faster than the SSP HU burrs. The improvement is noticable.
