I went from Encore -> comandante
and filtered water -> 'custom' water, the whole barista hustle deal with Mg sulfate and bicarbonate
Those two changes had a really noticeable impact on my pour overs

I'm either not that fussy or everyone else is just really good and tasting coffee. I still can't tell a difference. Even my hario is fine, however it's like grinding rocks.
But hey, you decide. They look mighty nice next to each other. If you make cold brew or lots of coffee for guests, nice to have both.

Well, to be honest, I have not tried blind tasting I would say I noticed a difference, but I changed both water and grinder at the same timetennisman03110 wrote:I still can't tell a difference.
