Looks like they have a couple mazzer mini's for sale at $300 and could be talked down even...not a SJ but at around $200 I'd think they'd be worth it if in good condition.
Checking non-local craigslists there's some SJs up for around $400. Might be able to talk them down or get shipping thrown in for free.

Depends where you are in Calabria and Sicily I have had a twist - not of lemon but a tiny bit of lemon peel. Absolutely delicious.
