Also... Is it just me or did espresso/coffee equipment prices skyrocket during the pandemic. Last I looked at getting new equipment was a couple of years back and not sure if I recall correctly the prices back then but it seems like prices are significantly higher with many items in short supply.

I purchased my Synchronika from Clive coffee at the very end of February & now it's price has increased by $250. Just an answer to your question.

Did a similar remodel. If you're a lever guy go with raised cupboards. Have 3 (at plug) dual 120v 20amp plugs and 1 240v 20amp gfci at panel. Use a convertor to plugin European 220v machines without issue so far. R.O. plumbed to water tap which I mix with spring water.

Between order and chaos there is espresso.
