First off, I agree with you 100%! The Alex (HX version) is a smoking deal, so I was surprised when they did not re-stock them. However, I just spoke to Mary and found out the reason why. They (Chris Coffee) were not exactly happy with some rattling in the casing on the original Alex's, so they went back to Izzo with design changes and just received a sample machine last night to validate the changes. If they are happy with the bench tests they will be placing an order, with the machines arriving at the end of the month - a quick turnaround for sure just, and just in time for Christmas shoppers. No word yet on if the price will change at all.

On a side note, the Alex Duetto shipment arrived last night, so they are back in stock for those folks that may have been waiting.
