How does the Ceado E37T compare to larger 98mm burr grinders?
I recently orderd the Ceado E37T; because I thought 84mm was the largest burr size. However, I recently found out that larger 98mm burr grinders exist. Now I'm having slight buyers remorse. Does the ceado's temperature trickery make up for the smaller burr size? Thank you so much for your feedback!

Welcome to H-B!
How are you planing on using the grinder?
The demands of a busy shop are very different from those of a home or boutique bar where the best flavor is sought.
At close to US$3,000 and for home use where ease of use and flavor are primary concerns, I believe that there are better options available.

this is for home use, I would be all ears if you have any recommendations.
Additionally, I just discovered james hoffman and his grinder comparison video (hence I found out about 98mm burrs)

I think the biggest challenge right now is getting a grinder at all. The demand for high-end home grinders or ones usable in the home has pushed prices very high with even used ones being sold for as much as brand new ones.
Some grinders that I have recently considered, in no particular order within size groups, include:
64 mm
* DF64 (budget-priced option)
* Lagom P64
98 mm
* LeverCraft Ultra (regrettably, there is a story† behind why these are no longer available)
* Lagom P100
* Kafetek Flat Max
* EK43
Other sizes
* Ditting Lab Sweet
* Bentwood Vertical
* Weber EG-1
Note that some of these, while I considered them, are not grinders that I would select against others in the list.
My apologies, in advance, to owners/fans of ones that I have missed. Please feel free to add to the list.

Eric and LeverCraft are still in business and I am looking forward to what he and his team bring out in the future.

thanks for the advice. I am returning my initial purchase. I am currently stuck between the P100 and Flat max. Will most likely upgrade my espresso machine in the mean time as getting either of the grinders above will be about year out if I'm lucky.

If you are interested in Ultra, thank you for your interest.
Right now, I only ship the grinder in China(incl. Hong Kong and Taiwan). I'll get back to you in a few days if you are from China.
If you are from another country and still interested, please contact : eric@levercraft.com for help.
Also, I will not ship to forwarding address in China.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice day!
