Help with First Espresso Setup, Budget < $2000
I'm looking to start making espresso at home, mostly straight espresso, americano, iced coffee, and maybe cortado once a week. I currently brew pour over with Onyx Coffee and the Hairo V60.
For budget, I'd like to stay under $2k, but would be interested if there was a compelling reason to stretch that a bit. I have a Baratza Encore grinder now, so I'll need both a grinder and machine.
My other restrictions is I only have a 23" wide counter to keep the grinder and machine.
I've also been a bit shocked at the warmup times for espresso machines.

Cafelat Robot or Flair 58. Then spend the rest (plus more) on the best grinder you can manage to afford. A Robot and Monolith combo is not unreasonable if you want great traditional espresso. Beyond that you'll need to open up the wallet a lot wider.
