Good tip on using the drill Hand grinding seems to be a breeze though. When I was trying to dial in the setting, I was definitely struggling because I set it to too fine a setting. With my current beans, I find that 15 + two clicks is perfect (getting ~2x liquid for about 27 secs brew time) and it tastes heavenly. I am sure there's always room for improvement but nothing to complain with what I am getting.
