Expobar Brewtus IV opinions

I've become unexpectedly interested in the Brewtus IV for several reasons:
1.) Rotary Pump
2.) Dual Boilers, with a switch for the steam boiler. I will rarely steam milk so the steam boiler switch is important to me.
3.) Big brew boiler, both boilers are 1.5L, no compromise w/ steam. I think Synchronika has a 2L steam boiler and a .75L brew boiler. Seems like most newer machines have a small brew boiler, which I don't really get. Maybe someone can explain for me. Hard for me to understand why I'd want a big steam boiler and small brew boiler if I'm only going to use the brew boiler 99% of the time.
4.) Plumbed only, no reservoir. I actually kind of like this because of the smaller profile possible by eliminating the tank.
5.) ...small footprint, it's not much bigger than my single boiler Zaffiro. 45mm deeper, 36mm wider, and 30mm SHORTER.
From what I've seen, this is a pretty unique package. Not sure any other machine on the market now checks all these boxes. I've also seen some modified Brewtus machines that end up looking pretty good... maybe you can put lipstick on a pig-- no offense to Brewtus!

The Brewtus has always been an good machine at a good price, at least when I bought it it was. It's easy to work on, all the information is available and all the parts seem generic. It's not as pretty, maybe not finished as well, but it's a solid machine. Any if you want flow control you can do that. Mine has the Coffee Sensor flow control mod installed. It was sold by WLL and they've been pretty good with supporting them over the years. Ant there is a Brewtus group on Google groups if you need help, slower than in the past, but still there.
