I don't know exactly what it is, but I do know that its value is roughly the scrap value. Still quite valuable, there's a lot of copper and brass in those machines.

It's a Fiorenzato Fenice.
It still has parts available, which is a definite positive. I used one for a few months 20 years ago, it's just a basic, functional machine, nothing special.
I won't hazard a guess on price without more information about the condition. I would guess it is at the lower end of the price spectrum, not a lot of demand.
