I had a Pharos pass through my hands and personally you couldn't give one to me. While it might be a good grinder it was, hands down, the most awkward thing I ever tried to use. Fortunately I was able to try before I bought it. Go for the LIDO E.

Yeah, I guess with Pharos you need a little bit of strength (or bench dogs) and even a little bit more technique to get the hang of it. Lido is indeed quite a bit easier to grind with due to the smaller burrs.

I have a Pharos and a Lido and frankly Lido isn't even a close match for Pharos taste wise. Which is not to say that Lido isn't a really good grinder. When it comes to taste in espresso the Pharos is absolutely fantastic for the money. As a brew grinder Lido may well be even a bit better than Pharos - and it isn't bad at all for espresso either.
