Hello, I'm looking for espresso only coffee grinder. After some reading I'm left with two options, both grinders I can find with similar price.

Conical Burrs
Weight dosing
Lots of plastic, potential static issues?
Excellent customer service
Low retention

Looks very convenient for home use, my only concern is build quality and different smaller burrs then Mazzer - It's hard to judge for me how will it affect espresso shot and taste?

64mm flat burrs
timed dosing

Better build quality

Timed dosing looks to me less consistent then weight dosing and probably requires to re-adjust from time to time, has bigger burrs still being low retention grinder- again does it matter? , stepless adjustment, possible upgrade to SSP burrs, build more like a tank.

Espresso machine: Ascaso Dream Pid
Current grinder: Baratza Virtuoso plus.
