The E37S made it safely. I got it dialed in this evening.

First impressions:

Built like a tank! It is heavier than my LSM90, and I thought it was heavy!
Well packed
The documentation is a bit sparse, but the grinder is pretty intuitive
Dialing it in was easy, but now I need to work on the timed dosing. I am close
It is quiet! I did a couple of tests with a dB app on my iPhone. I'll post the screenshots in a bit.

And for the important part, the espresso :). I used some old Dunkin Donut beans that my wife bought to get it closed to dialing in and then fine tuned it with my own beans (a blend or Ethiopian, Bali and Burundi, FC-, roasted on Saturday) and the first shot went a little long, so I went a little coarser on the grind and the next shot was better. One more small adjustment and I think it will be fine.

The espresso was very good and seemed a little sweeter than the same beans with the LSM90, but it will get better once I make that last adjustment.

Here is the sound level comparison.

First, the LSM 90. Louder, much longer grind time, and then there is the "clack clack clack" of the doser :D

The the E37S. Quieter, and no "clack clack clack" :P

Almost 10dB difference, and a much shorter duration. I have the E37S set for 6.2 seconds right now and that delivers 19g.
