Nice grinder. I've got the short hopper and it's 250gr. Did you get the versio with the TiN Mythos burrs?

yup, it came with the Mythos (TiN) burr set. I've noticed some differences with the espresso already - it's richer and there seems to be more body to it.

My initial impressions are all positive. It's great to be able to fill the portafilter correctly and consistently in 3.6 seconds and not have grinds everywhere afterwards. The grind adjustment control is a huge step up from how Mazzer does it.

I'm still getting comfortable with it, and given my relatively light use it'll take the burrs a while to break in. I'll likely pick up the small hopper in the future, the standard one is quite large for home use.

I'm going to go pull a shot right now in fact.

Those are the good burrs. I call it the poor man's Mythos. The small hopper is really nice and much much smaller. I attached a crappy picture to show the size.

I found it to be very good just out-of-the-box but it'll get much better. Breaking in will be ok in around 5KG and will get better the first 20KG.
