Thanks for the information guys. Didn't know this about bellezza, I guess this would make ecm more appealing to me, however they are also often way more pricey.

Currently tending to get an Elizabeth, just looking for a local vendor who can sell it. I was just a little hesitant because I got the impression that lelits quality control was not up to par (subjective impression ofc)

You can review the user-experience threads here on the Lelit models and other makes. Like any unit, there will always be issues. Those with issues tend to be much more outspoken than those whose comment would be "Works great, loving it." At least as I've read those threads, the Lelit build quality and reliability is as good as any of the respected, Italian-made machines (ECM/Profitec are also Italian-made).

When you live in Hamburg, you might visit ESPRESSONERD in Winterhude. They are selling Lelit machines.
