Do you still recall approximately how long it took from the notification of shipment by the manufacturer to it's delivery to your US address (UK to your US address)? Thanks

I bought my NZ direct. It was cheaper with shipping than anything I could find on eBay or here. I did get a 15% discount on their website.

Took me less than 10 days from date of purchase to receipt.
