Love my Synchronika. Great steam power, and the aesthetics are amazing. Personally I much prefer the joystick controls over the turn-knob controls, but that's pure personal preference.

In terms of build quality I don't think the ECM/Profitec machines can be beat. Whatever you get, make sure it's got a shot timer built in. I couldn't imagine not having that now.

What are you going to do for a grinder?
