Seems to be more than a few problems with this brands reliability. Am I mistaken? Many posts in this repair forum about breville. I have been very pleased with my new Rancilio pro x and my retired Silvia V4 had no problems until the heating element wore out. I ask because I am hesitant to recommend breville espresso machines in the $800.00-$3000.00 category to friends and family. Pleaded with my wife to buy the Silvia and not the breville. Thanks
