Breville Impress or Touch?

I am someone that doesn't have experience tamping or frothing. I am trying to decide between Breville Express Impress with has tamping device or the Touch which has automatic wand.
Which would you suggest?

What kind of beans do you like? Dark roast? Light roast? How many per day?

More information would be greatly helpful.

You could get the Touch, and then buy a 54mm Normcore leveling spring tamper to eliminate that variable and get the auto-steam.
