I would prefer something small and quiet.
Apex is about clarity if you preferred the others (strong/dark/full bodied) better looks other grinder and it's bulky 7kg and need to be clamp to chopping board or table...

Having used the Eureka Atom Pro for almost two years now, I can say it is an excellent candidate for a pour-over devoted grinder because of its unimodal style burrs. I don't know if it's the best, but I like it.

I use a Mazzer Super Jolly for pour over and french press. It works great and built like a tank. I have a doserless funnel for it and the original clacker. Changed it to the clacker and for some reason I like that option best.
