The Uniform is going for about 350€ here in Finland (includes 24% VAT). Might pick up a used one for a slight discount just for the heck of it.

So... wilfa still doesn't seem to be availible, no one has any experience with it.

My lido broke down, so getting it fixed could take a while - I'm stuck with a cheap ceramic rhinowares grinder which kinda sucks.

Should I reconsider steel burr vario? My local dealer is willing to do me a good price on a vario W he has in stock and can order steel burrs - that would cost 500eur, so around 100eur more than wilfa.

How are stock ceramic vario burrs for brewing? Better than lido?
