Thanks. I was hesitant to spend the extra money on the anthracite version, but I'm glad I did. You're going to love it.

Slightly unrelated, but I know that the Synchronika can have its brew pressure adjusted by just an external screw. Would it be possible to adjust the pressure down to 6 in order to try a slayer style, or long extraction shot?

As far as how low you can dial down the Sychrinika brew pressure, don't have the answer for you, but if you contact Whole Latte Love, I'm sure they can tell you.

Looks to be 8.5 to 12 I think, so no go on 6 bar or so.
