Affordable hog?

Hi, does anyone know of an espresso hog (like the Sworks porcupresso) that doesn't cost 100s of dollars. Want to experiment with one but don't want to pay that much for it.

I've never bought or used one of these things, but:

Got a drill press or have a friend that does? The original ones (not the complicated sworks one) are just a piece of plastic/wood with a bunch of holes drilled and pins inserted.

I don't have a drill press but I suppose you're right, a homemade one is an option. Was hoping to avoid that given the time it would take to make one.

I seem to remember that the first one to come onto the market was inspired by trying out something that already existed, a handle with a bed of needles embedded in it. I've been trying to remember what that was but I'm coming up empty.
