Looking at the picture of your kitchen even filling a reservoir machine isn' t easy.
I think I would go for a pump driven machine connected to the main water supply.
Of course as a downside you alway have pumpnoise.The greatest advantage of real levers is the silence during extractions.

It took me a minute to set up, and I only pulled a couple shots of a good decaf, but holy wow, amazing. Good steamer too.
