I'm always on the lookout to try new beans. My wife loves Intelligentsia Black Cat classic for her lattes. She describes it as very creamy with strong "coffee" taste that's not overpowered by milk. Anyone come across beans that remind them of Black Cat classic? I was thinking of trying Verve Sermon or Klatch Belle. She's not a fan of darker roasts or coffees with noticeable bitterness in milk.
