I have no suggestions to offer, just amused by the "Top Shelf" designation in the coffee context. I am used to seeing it in another context...

I thought about using "90-pt+" but don't find many references to the 100 point scale here on HB...one of the many idiosyncrasies with coffee/espresso beans (and espresso drinks )...
