Have some on way and would appreciate any info. I know Big Trouble was formerly Toscano which I used to order frequently. 30 % Typica from East Timor? Weird Hmmmm
And Rosales excites me from the highlands of Colombia. From three of the best farmers in the region and dried on patios. I'll be out of coffee tomorrow got my fingers crossed waiting on UPS today.
And here I am outside roasting today in a heat wave. Gotta hurry, high of 32 Thursday.

I have had the batches of Big Trouble containing East Timor beans, well.. Counter Culture pulled it off again, they totally changed regions.. yet Big Trouble tastes quite similar. I loved the Single Origin they had from Late 2014-January, the region has left my mind though. As for Rosales, never tried it.
