Go for a Rocket. If not, Breville's dual boiler should be enough for home use. I have the 870XL with grinder mod, and it's A-OK! I've run over 1000 shots through it, with my business.

It's impt to pour milk over the espresso ASAP!

I have settled on commercial machines. There's nearly always a single group, rotary pump espresso machine on Craigslist somewhere. A forgiving wife, a little ingenuity, and a Flowjet will get you where you want to go on a budget.

Just make sure the power access where you plan to put it is up to the task, a lot of commercial machines are 220/240 VAC.
