So your software charts your fan? How does it do that? What type of sensor?

I use a cheap app for my iPad called Roastmaster. Cheap ,but incredibly good. (actually it's the only app I've used for roasting but looked into a few others) Keeps inventory, cupping, blends, bean, roasts and saved everything to dropbox. I paid a few bucks more for the data logging option add-on to the software. Then I bought a BluTherm bluetooth digital thermometer. There are only 2 inputs for probes. So BT and ET are the only thing that auto log. I manually add Heat, fan, and sometimes MET and shutter ... all while roast is in progress. Kind of busy so I only enter the most important items, like when my MET gets too hot. Have a separate thermometer for MET that doesn't auto log.
