Buying 7 year old La Spaziale Vivaldi II

I'm looking at a 7 year old used La Spaziale Vivaldi II, and wondering whether it's a bit too old to really consider. It's less than $1k, but I don't know if it makes sense. Looking for input.

Given that those machines are solidly built and there are many resources in providing guidelines in fixing any issues, i would say it's probably worth it. Ask if it has been cleaned regularly and what kind of water has been fed to it. I recently bought a 6 year Mini Vivaldi II from another HB member and it's been working great.

I ended up ordering a new one from Chris Coffee. It arrives on Monday!

Congrats Dude. You are going to love it. By the way (not that i care one way or another), Since you are in PDX, why not clive coffee?
