A pleasure to see you there Dominique ;)

Don't you think the thickness is 1mm ? 0,1mm seems an usual thickness for nickel and then chrome plating no ?

Kaldi61, do you still need a 1:1 scale scan or the picture is enough ?

hi Pascal, pleasure is mine. I did not have original part in hand, I can not confirm thickness. I had some old 1.5 mm
brass sheet and I did not want to buy a new one... But 1mm could fit too.

These pictures should be enough, thank you very much.

My plan:

1.2 mm brass sheet.
I will prepare a jig to clamp several together and drill holes.
Then last step is to cut the rounds out from the sheets.
Then send for chrome.

Thinking it over, I think it best to drill the 131 holes prior to cutting the rounds out.

I will let you know how it goes. It will be some weeks until I can work on it - my Faemina is on the way, and that is first in line.

thanks,
-Nelson

Looking forward to seeing the result. We don't get very many Gilda posts. Post a pic of the old Gal. :)
