I am new here (obviously) and soon I am going to be new to roasting! Once tax returns hit, I will be ordering the Behmor 1600 plus from sweet Maria's and I am also branching out from espresso and I have ordered the kit for pour overs that acaia had a limited run of to get me started with expanding out.
The main point of this post is to ask for tips/advice that y'all wish you knew when starting out! Also would love some
Suggestions of what other equipment I should get on top of the roaster and maybe some suggestions of favorite beans/favorite sellers?
