I use my machine infrequently but always backflush with tablets after a few days use. I tend to use the machine for a week and then again not for a few months. Today I made coffee with no problems until I went to backflush the machine. The flow through the outlet was slight, I would call it a slow stream, when using water to non-existent when using a cleaning tab. I keep trying to backflush with water and the flow varies from a slow stream to no flow. Any solutions for my problem that I can do myself?

If you are using the machine infrequently - backflushing with cleaning tabs is to much cleaning.Your three way valve at the group is plugged up with crud or faulty.

Thank you - Can I access and clean the 3 way?

here's a good place to start. I did this upgrade when I owned one. The newer 3ways are more reliable. You can take it apart and clean it. Possibly have a bad coil - need to check that as well.
