Would used Mazzer Mini be a good upgrade?

I've got a 24 year old Pasquini Moka that I've been wanting to replace and I'd love to know if the grinder I'm looking at will be an improvement. Looking at a used Mazzer Mini. I don't want to spend a ton of money so I'm watching ebay and these Mazzers come up for sale pretty often and for less than $400, which is within my budget. Do you think the Mini would be a good upgrade?
I make 3-4 shots a day on average. I'd also like to be able to grind for coffee as well but that's not critical as I don't drink coffee all that often and I have a hand grinder for that if necessary. I appreciate your opinions!

Suggest you look for a Super Jolly, or even a Major.
Edit: Take a look at this one. It is the newer SJ body.
