Hi folks;

I recently purchased a second-hand La Pavoni PUB AT (60 odd pounds of Italian superautomatic) as my winter renovation project.

Most of the mechanicals are fairly intuitive, but I can't for the life of me see how to remove the brewing unit. There don't seem to be any obvious screws or latches. I assume it's made to be removed to cleaning. Perhaps that's a bad assumption.

Anyone have any ideas?
