Interesting article about the Space Cup to go with the ISSpresso. It elaborates on the effect of gravity (or lack thereof) on coffee and espresso in particular.

The day after this machine was transported to ISS was when I saw my first earth bound Lavazza machine in a lunch room. I nicked two capsules and tried them the next morning in my Alexia at home, 11 Grams of coffee each, so a big single basket. Well that was two sink shots for sure. Not drinkable. Hard to read the date codes on those capsules. Hope it's better in micro gravity.
