It's been a while since I've serviced a solenoid group machine, as I mostly work with Lever groups.

The left group of the 20 year old stainless steel panel Astoria isn't getting water out of it at all:

* Verified that the brass plate above the dispersion screen wasn't clogged

* Verified that the group's flow meter wasn't clogged

* Stuck a fine gauge wire through the group orifice under the group cap nut

My friend's cafe needed the water source that the coffee & espresso machines share, so I had to hold off until evening. Next would be the three way valve under the group? Both the dosing preset and manual options actuate the pump, but no water through the group. I might still remove the group orifice when I have the right socket for it. I hate messing with those though, as I've had one break off before...

I might switch the flow meter caps to see if it makes a difference, but I'm humble enough to shout out here, too. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
