I have had my Elektra Nivola since new for around 6 years.
I am now experiencing the following.
When I dispense the water through the portafilter loaded with grinds there is barely a trickle coming through.
Without the portafilter attached water flows through OK.
It is like the pump is wearing and has lost the ability to function efficiently under load.
The other thought is that it could be a solenoid problem.
