Yes it is. I pulled the analog gauge off the roaster exhaust and replaced it with a thermocouple. Just for grins, I stuck it on the chaff collector.

The roasters arriving in December will have thermocouples mounted in the door for BT, in the exhaust chute for ET, plus an additional analog gauge for eye candy.
