Oh, well my K30 beats that K10 Fresh most of the time. I'm going to pop it open and have a look.

Hmm, ?... but that 2.2 gms is not ALL the retained coffee in the m/c...
...its only the amount until you start to see come grindz appearing.
What about we try putting a dose of dry ice pellets in the hopper and let them clean out all the solid coffee grinds before evaporating off .
Then you can truly weigh the full amount of coffee retained. ! :wink:

Thanks for the info and videos Merle. Just an FYI, I did find this funnel from Tidaka that is designed to work with the K30, but it's only for a single basket:

I have an email out to them to find out about the possibility of one for a double basket, but after watching your video, I'm wondering if it would even be necessary. I guess YMMV :)
