Hi fellas,

Really strange issue in this la marzocco linea 3 group, machine is 1 week old and water filter is brand new and not sure what is inside the water, looks like a dust black spot....

has anyone experience such a thing? or any idea what it could be? In having said that the water served for tea is very clean and does not appear to be black or dirty?

I would really appreciate it if someone can guide me into the right direction

Water kind of water filter do you have?

If they install the cartridge without an initial flush, then the carbon from the water filter will go into the boiler of the machine. It will show at the sight glass. Not a real big problem I think. It will go clear eventually.
