Hi,
I have a five year old Bezzera BZ07 which has served us well. This weekend we suddenly started getting zero pressure and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for what might be wrong. Here are more details...
-Powers On
-Plenty of water in the water container and the orange water light is lit. It turns off when I lift the plastic water container.
-The green power light above the orange water light is on.
-Pressure gauge is at Zero bars.
-The steam wand and hot water valve dispense nothing.
-The button to pull a shot DOES work, at least water comes out of the head.
-It heats up
-I tried switching to other outlets
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Tony
Also, any suggestions for where I should get this serviced? I purchased from 1st-Line so I may just have it fixed through them if need be.

If I remember correctly, the BZ07 has a relay sorta attached to the pressurestat which controls power to the heating element. It would be a good guess that that relay has failed.
If I also remember correctly, 1st-line has a list of repair shops on their site that they recommend for servicing machines sold by them. In addition, San Francisco espresso cafes would be a good source of info for repair facilities.
The key to your problem is " . . . suddenly starting getting zero pressure . . ." . The BZ07 parts catalog is available on the Bezzera website - http://www.bezzera.it and the likely offender is shown on page 11.
