The e61 group head connect to the body,there are pad, but it is moved,is it a great problem?
Leakages, and pressure loss?

The group is secured from inside the case with two screws. That cork is just to isolate the group from the case for vibrations. It is not a water seal. Open case, loosen screws (may be bolts), arrange gasket, tighten screws. Done.
