I had this brewer for about 6 months. Today i returned it for the fourth and last time. The pump broke on all four them, and while it wasn't really a problem for me to send a picture of the machine with the wire cut of and getting a new one mailed to me. Four was the limit for the store. I did not abuse it. Probably got unlucky. This was the 230v version.

 I'm going to start praying that mine doesn't fail. Have had mine (US) since April. Every so often the pump sounds very weak at the final push when it shuts off and that worries me, but it hasn't seemed to be anything other than a noise so far. What should I be looking out for?

I have one of these at home, purchased from Williams Sonoma. But I bought a Bonavita 1900 for our office brewer, and prefer that.
