Me Again...

I'm about to pull the trigger on the La Spaz Vivaldi.
However one guy I really appreciate in the coffee thing, said he had very bad experience with the machine.
That he never got from Vivaldi what he got from e61 HX machine.

So again i'm back to the question between S1 and Rocket Giotto Evo 2.

I'm just scrawling or do I really need to reconsider ?

Thanks,
Chura

I owned an S1V2 for several years & while it was a good machine I find I much prefer a 58mm group over the L/S 53mm. Do you have the opportunity to try out each machine & see which you'd prefer?

Well, I have now Silvia which is 58mm. not more then that.

I tell you that, i'm looking for great coffee, not to play and change beans and dose change.
Me and my wife drink 2 Capu a day, and mainly becuase its hard to maintain good Espresso's from the Silvia.
I'm a one type of coffee men.

So i don't really think the 53mm will limit me. What did it limit u about ?
Do you think the S1V2 can produce top quality coffee like any other E61 machine or its alittle behind ? (Say the R58)

I've been very happy with my Mini Vivaldi. Now that you've done it, don't second guess yourself. It's a great machine and makes great espresso and it steams like a champ.
