CCS also sells a two-hole tip with small holes. Is not as specifically described as the one at espressoparts (which has 0.030" holes at 30 degree angles) but is cheaper and the holes are small and the spray is angled outward. Plus, if you're already buying their adapter you might save on some shipping.akiley wrote:I found the adapter from ChrisCoffee. I would highly recomment that adapter and the tip from espressoparts.com.
I've been using that tip from CCS with good results after having tried the Giotto stock two-hole tip and a single hole tip. I like it, use it primarily to froth small amounts in a little RSVP 10 oz pitcher. I can open the steam wand fully and my 1200 watt element can keep up with it at around 1 bar. I am accustomed to slow steaming (did most of my learning on Pavoni with single-hole tips.)
