Hi all.
My friend have got recently got a new espresso machine for her cafe - Rocket REA 2 Group. Steam boiler were set at 120C to get a decent 0.9bar steam pressure.
I have been trying to make perfect microfoam but cant on this particular machine. I have no issues making velvet milk on other machines i am using. At first i thought i am not used to this machine yet and spent a couple of days practicing. Best i can get out is this:
Is it my technique or it is the espresso machine?
Please advice.

some machines have different steam wand tip hole sizes that take getting used to.
You're not always right, but when you're right, you're right, right?
